Two of Manchester's award winning club/events promoters shared their invaluable knowledge on how to promote and market your very own club/events at the NOISE Lab in January.

Sharing their words of wisdom was Jayne Compton of ‘Club Brenda’ whose nights successfully blends music, art, poetry and performance. The success of Club Brenda helped to set up Switchflicker Records which was responsible for launching the Ting Ting's stellar career.

In the space of two years they have worked with the likes of Foals and Black Kids and their successful on-line fanzine XOX has recently won the prestigious Umbro Industries Bursary Award
